Appointments

Appointments are available by advance booking and are subject to availability.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred appointment times; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Following treatment recommendations and exercise programmes as appropriate

Fees and Payment

Accepted payment methods may include card payment and bank transfer.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We understand that circumstances can change.

• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full session fee being charged.

Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies.

Treatment Outcomes

While every effort is made to provide effective treatment, no guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes, recovery times, or specific results.

Recovery depends on many factors including injury history, adherence to treatment plans, overall health, and lifestyle factors.

Medical Advice

Services provided by Harry Woodward Sports Rehabilitation do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment from a GP, consultant, or other healthcare professional.

Clients experiencing severe, worsening, or unexplained symptoms should seek appropriate medical advice.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced.
